Abstract: THE DATA FROM THE SURVEY WILL ASSIST POLICY MAKERS TO DETERMINE THE MAGNITUDE OF IMPORT PENETRATION OF A COMMODITY GROUP CURRENTLY EXEMPTED FROM THE "GRIGGER PRICE" MECHANISM. THE DATA WILL ALSO BE USED TO MAKE DETERMINATIONS FOR ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE IN A HERETOFORE COMPLEX PRODUCT GROUP.
