Abstract: TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FOUR EARLY CHILDHOOD BILINGUAL/ BICULTURAL MODELS FOR HISPANIC CHILDREN. THIS EVALUATION WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR MAINSTREAMING CHILDREN FOR WHOM ENGLISH IS NOT THE DOMINANT LANGUAGE AND STILL PRESERVE THEIR OWN CULTURE.
