Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO UPDATE THE COSTS OF COMPLIANCE AND ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF REGULATIONS ON AFFECTED INDUSTRIES, TO ANALYZE THE IMPACT OF REGULATIONS ON AFFECTED INDUSTRIES ON SPECIAL WASTE CATEGORIES, AND TO DEVELOP A METHOD FOR ANALYZING THE COSTS OF COMPLIANCE AND THE ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF RELEVANT REGULATIONS. THE RESULT WILL AID IN REGULATORY DEVELOPMENT.
