Abstract: CURRENT REGULATIONS (TAYLOR GRAZING ACT AND FLPMA) FOR LIVESTOCK GRAZING THE PUBLIC LANDS ALLOW INTERMINGLED LAND OWNERSHIP TO BE MANAGED AS A TOTAL UNIT FOR OVERALL RANGELAND BENEFIT. THIS FORM IS THE VEHICLE BY WHICH THE AGREEMENT IS REQUESTED BY THE LANDOWNER AND APPROVED BY BLM. THIS AGREEMENT MUST SPECIFY LANDS INVOLVED, LIVESTOCK INVOLVED, CONDITIONS AND RULES TO BE FOLLOWED, AND LEGAL CITATION NECESSARY
