Abstract: TO EVALUATE TRAINING PROGRAM OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE TRAINING CENTERS WHICH DECENTRALIZE A NATIONAL TRAINING INITIATIVE NECESSARY IN UP- GRADING ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONING OF STATE PLANNING AND REGIONAL PLANNING UNITS. EVALUATION AND IMPACT ASSESSMENT PROCESS ALSO PROVIDES DATA TO JUSTIFY CONTINUATION OF PROGRAM AND IMPROVEMENT IN COURSES.
