Abstract: ED ANALYZES THIS FORM TO DETERMINE IF THE STATE AGENCY'S OPERATIONS (I.E., DEFAULT CLAIMS, RESERVE RATIOS, COLLECTION ACTIVITY ETC.) ARE AT AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL. IF NOT, REMEDIAL ACTION IS NECESSARY ON THE PART OF ED. TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION LESS THAN QUARTERLY WOULD NOT ALLOW ED SUFFICIENT TIME TO PERFORM PREVENTATIVE MEASURES AND TO ASSIST THE AGENCY.
