TITLE 5, U.S.C., SECTION 8341(A)(3)(C)
PROVIDES SURVIVOR BENEFITS TO CHILDREN IF THEY ARE BETWEEN THE AGES
OF 18 AND 22, UNMARRIED AND FULL-TIME STUDENTS. THIS INFORMS THE
PERSON HAVING CUSTODY OF THE CHILD THAT THE CERTIFICATION OF
FULL-TIME SCHOOL ATTENDANCE WAS RECEIVED AND THE ANNUITY BENEFITS
WILL CONTINUE. IT ALSO PROVIDES A MEANS FOR THEM TO NOTIFY OPM OF
THE CHANGE OF STATUS OF THE CHILD.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
