Abstract: THIS REPORT FORM PROVIDES THE BASIC SOURCE DOCUMENT FOR COLLECTION OF STATES (RESPONSENTS) DOLLAR ESTIMATES FOR THE SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM (TITLE XX) ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. THE DATA REQUESTED ON THE HDS-APS-25 DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUIREMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF NEW RECORDS; ON THE CONTRARY, IT ASKS FOR DATA MAINTAINED BY EVERY STATE (RESPONDENT) IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF BUDGETARY, APPROPRIATING, AND ACCOUNTING FOR TAXPAYERS' FUNDS
