Abstract: SECTION 218 OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDES THAT THE STATES COMPLY WITH SUCH REGULATIONS RELATING TO PAYMENTS AND REPORTS. THIS FORM IS USED FOR ESSENTIALLY THREE DIFFERENT PURPOSES, (A) ACCOMPANIES DEPOSITS; (B) ACCOMPANIES WAGE REPORTS; AND (C) ACCOMPANIES CORRECTIONS OF PREVIOUS DEPOSIT OR WAGE REPORTS.
