Abstract: SECTIONS 402(A)(6), 403(C), AND (J) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ENSURE THE PROPER AND CORRECT EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS. THESE FORMS PROVIDE THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH CONGRESSIONAL DIRECTIVE SECTION 201 OF HR 4389 AND P.L. 96-123 (MICHEL AMENDMENT) AND TO MAKE INCENTIVE PAYMENTS UNDER 403(J).
