Abstract: THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT OF 1934, THE FLPMA OF 1976 AND THE PUBLIC RANGELANDS IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1978 PROVIDE FOR PERMITS AND LEASES FOR GRAZING USE OF THE PUBLIC RANGELANDS. THIS COMBINED APPLICATION TAKES THE PLACE OF OMB FORMS 042 R-1283, AND 042 R-1305.
