Abstract: RENTAL HOUSING IS PROVIDED CERTAIN GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PRATICULARLY THOSE WHOSE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT IS LOCATED IN A REMOTE AREA. A RENTAL RATE MUST BE ESTABLISHED FOR EACH DWELLING IN ACCORDANCE WITH OMB CIRCULAR NO. A-45, AS REVISED. THIS REQUIRES EITHER AN APPRAISAL OR SIMILAR VALUATION PROCESS. LANDOWNERS, THEIR AGENTS, AND NUMEROUS BUSINESS PEOPLE ARE CANVASSED TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT RATES TO CHARGE. POST SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRES MAY OCCASIONALLY BE UTILIZED T
