Abstract: THE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO ASSIST ETA IN FURTHER SELECTIONS OF PROTOTYPE SYSTEMS AND DIRECTION OF CETA MIS REDESIGN ACTIVITIES, AND IN PROVIDING SPONSORS THE OPTION OF SELECTING AND INSTALLING AN EXISTING SYSTEM, AS OPPOSED TO DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING A UNIQUE MIS, THUS SAVING DEVELOPMENT COST AND TIME.
