Abstract: REPORTING REQUIREMENT IS CONTAINED IN SECS. 167(M) AND 263(E) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND RECOMMENDING CHANGES TO THE CLASS LIFE ASSET DEPRECIATION RANGE (CLDR) SYSTEM OF TAX DEPRECIATION, TO PROVIDE TAXPAYERS AND THE GOVERNMENT WITH TIMELY AND UP-TO-DATE ASSET CLASSES, FORECASTS OF USEFUL ECONOMIC LIVES FOR SUCH CLASSES AND REPAIR ALLOWANCE AS PART OF THE ADR SYSTEM
