Abstract: THIS TELEPHONE SURVEY OF WISCONSIN RESIDENTS IS TO BE CONDUCTED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED BY HEALTH PLANNERS IN WISCONSIN AND TO TEST THE FEASIBILITY OF THE ABILITY OF THE WISCONSIN STATE STATISTICAL AGENCY TO CARRY OUT THE BROAD RANGE OF FUNCTIONS FOR CHSS DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES.
