THIS STUDY WILL DEVELOP INFORMATION TO
ENABLE AOA TO IMPROVE ITS MANAGEMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES AND
OMBUDSMAN PROGRAMS AND TO BETTER ASSIST ADVOCACY PROJECTS IN
SERVING OLDER PERSONS. EARLIER PHASES INCLUDED A DOCUMENTATION OF
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND A SURVEY OF PROGRAM ACTIVITIES. IN THIS
PHASE THE PROJECT WILL CONDUCT A PEER REVIEW OF A SAMPLE OF CASES
IN A SAMPLE OF PROJECTS TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SERVICES
PROVIDED
