Abstract: THE SPECIAL FRAMES PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO OBTAIN DATA ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CURRENT QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN AND PROCEDURES USED IN OBTAINING ADMINISTRATIVE DATA. SIX DIFFERENT CAMPING FRAMES WILL BE USED BY THE CENSUS BUREAU FIELD STAFF TO INTERVIEW APPROXIMATELY 2,000 ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM RECIPIENTS AND THEIR HOUSEHOLDS.
