Abstract: THE GOVERNMENT LAWYER QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO THE ATTORNEY OF RECORD FOR GOVERNMENTAL UNITS PARTICIPATING IN THE SAMPLED DISPUTES. THIS SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO MEASURE AND ASSESS THE WAY GOVERNMENTAL DECISION MAKERS CHOOSE AMONG VARIOUS TECHNIQUES FOR DEALING WITH DISPUTES.
