Abstract: THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT PROVIDES FOR THE PAYMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES. THE CLAIM FOR BENEFITS WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ON CLAIMED DAYS OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN A TWO WEEK REGISTRATION PERIOD. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PAY UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR THE CLAIMED DAYS.
