Abstract: SECTION 2 OF THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT PROVIDES FOR THE PAYMENT OF SICKNESS BENEFITS TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES. THE CLAIM FOR SUCH BENEFITS WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ON CLAIMED DAYS OF SICKNESS IN A TWO WEEK REGISTRATION PERIOD. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PAY SICKNESS BENEFITS FOR THE CLAIMED DAYS.
