Abstract: STUDY OF SMALL PUBLIC EMPLOYER RETIREMENT PLANS FISCAL CONDITION WILL BE USED TO HELP IN THE WRITING OF FINAL REPORT OF THE PRESIDENTS COMMISSION ON PENSION POLICY IN DECEMBER 1980.
