Abstract: EPA IS MAKING A STUDY TO DETERMINE THE APPROXIMATE LEVEL OF EFFORT AND COST OF ARCHITECTS AND ENGINE ERA TO DESIGN GRANT PROJECTS. DATA WILL BE USED IN AGENCY REVIEWS OF WATER PROGRAM GRANTS, AND TO GUIDE GRANTEES IN GEGOTIATING ENGINEERING CONTRACTS.
