Abstract: SECTION 12(B)(2) OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA) REQUIRES PERSONS WHO EXPORT OR INTEND TO EXPORT A SUBSTANCE OR MIXTURE FOR WHICH A ROLE UNDER SECTION 6 HAS BEEN PROPODED OR PROMULGETED TO NOTIFY EPA.
