Abstract: THE USER SURVEY WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE FREQUENCY OF USE AND THE SOCIOECONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF USERS OF MULTIPURPOSE, DAYCARE AND ELDERLY FACILITIES IN THE NINE CITIES INCLUDED IN HUD'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES EVALUATION. DATA WILL BE ANALYZED, ALONG WITH OTHER DATA FROM THE STUDY, TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT TO WHICH LOWER INCOME PERSON BENEFITS FROM THOSE TYPES OF FACILITIES.
