Abstract: THE STUDY WILL PROVIDE DATA ON THE STRUCTURE OF RSVP (RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM) AND THE INTERRELATIONSHIPS OF THE PROJECT COMPONENTS. IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FIXED INCOME CONSUMER COUNSELING (FICC) PROJECTS. THE INSTRUMENT WILL BE USED TO ELICIT INFORMATION FROM PROJECT DIRECTORS, SPONSORS, AND STATION SUPERVISORS.
