Abstract: ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND EFFECTS OF THE YES (YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT) PROGRAM ON S/OVCP (STATE OFFICES OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION) ACTIVITIES WILL BE THE FOCUS OF THIS STUDY. COMPARISONS WILL BE MADE WITH A SAMPLE OF 5 OTHER S/OVCP OFFICES WHICH WERE RECENTLY FUNDED UNDER GUIDELINES INTRODUCED IN 1979.
