Abstract: THE FOUNDATION PARTICIPATES IN BILATERAL AGREEMENTS FOR COOPERATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AND HAD DEVELOPED PROGRAMS TO IMPLEMENT NSF RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THESE AGREEMENTS AND TO ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE PARTICIPATION OF U.S. SCIENTISTS IN INTERNATION COOPERATIVE ACTIVITIES.
