Abstract: THE PRODUCT EVALUATION SYSTEM PROVIDES A COMPUTERIZED DATA BASE OF POTENTIAL EVALUATORS WITH SEARCH PROCEDURES THAT ALLOW FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF EXPERTS IN MANY DIFFERENT FIELDS OF SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, AND APPLICATION. THESE EXPERTS ARE THEN ASKED TO PROVIDE DETAILED PRODUCT REVIEWS ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED EVALUATION CRITERIA. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING THIS EXTERNAL PRODUC
