Abstract: UNDER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT, A DISABILITY ANNUITANT MUST REPORT EARNINGS AND CHANGE IN PHYSICAL CONDITION. THE REPORT WILL OBTAIN SUCH INFORMATION. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING IF BENEFITS SHOULD BE WITHHELD BECAUSE OF EARNINGS RESTRICTIONS OR IF THERE IS RECOVERY FROM DISABILITY.
