THE PRETEST EVALUATES FLOW OF INTERVIEW, RESPONDENT UNDERSTANDING OF QUESTIONS AND ABILITY TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED INFORMATION, BURDEN ON THE RESPONDENT AND ADEQUACY OF SURVEY PROCEDURES.
