Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES A STANDARDIZED PROCESS FOR ACQUIRING THE NECESSARY DATA ON ACTUAL AMOUNTS OF LIVESTOCK USE ON THE PUBLIC LANDS. REGULATIONS WERE REVISED SUBSTANTIALLY IN 1978 AND REQUIRE IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES AND ALLOW IN OTHERS A PERMIT, TERM OR CONDITION WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE PERMITTEE OR LEASEE PROVIDE ACTUAL USE RECORDS WITHIN 15 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE AUTHORIZED PERIOD OF GRAZING
