Abstract: THE REGULATORY COUNCIL PUBLISHES THE CALENDER IF FEDERAL REGULATIONS SEMI-ANNUALLY. THE COMMENT FORM ALLOWS USERS TO HAVE INPUT INTO THE CALENDAR. THE COUNCIL WILL INCORPORATE, WHERE APPROPRIATE, INTO THE CALENDAR THE IDEAS AND OPINION EXPRESSABLY THE USERS.
