Abstract: THE FIFRA SECTION 8(A) AMENDMENTS WILL NOW EXTEND TO PRODUCES OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN PESTICIDES AS WELL AS ALL THE PRODUCERS OF PESTICIDES OR DEVICES, INCLUDING THOSE FORMULATING THESE PRODUCTS SOLELY FOR EXPORT. THESE AMENDMENTS REQUIRE COPIES OF LALELLING OF EXPORTED PRODUCTS BE KEPT IN THE PRODUCER'S RECORDS, ENABLING EPA TO REVIEW THEM FOR COMPLIANCE.
