Abstract: THE RACIAL/ETHNIC INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED SOLELY FOR COMPILING STATISTICS ON WHICH TO BASE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS. THE DATA HANDLING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO INSURE THAT ONLY ACTION'S EEO OFFICE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE RACIAL/ETHNIC DATA LINKED WITH AN IDENTIFIER.
