THE DATA HANDLING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO INSURE THAT ONLY ACTION'S EEO OFFICE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE RACIAL/ETHNIC DATA LINKED WITH AN IDENTIFIER.
