Abstract: TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO EDA POLICY MAKERS ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF THE TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFITS ON RECIPIENT FIRMS AND THE LONG-TERM VIABILITY OF HANDBAG INDUSTRY FIRMS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES.
