Abstract: THIS SURVEY MECHANISM IS UTILIZED TO MEASURE THE TREND LINES REGARDING IMMUNIZATION STATUS OF THE VACCINE-PREVENTABLE DISEASE IN CHILDREN AND INFLUENZA VACCINATION STATUS IN ADULTS. THE DATA ARE A PART OF THE IMMUNIZATION ASSESSMENT ACTIVITY AND ARE USED IN PROGRAM PLANNING. SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED BY BUREAU OF CENSUS.
