Abstract: DATA WILL BE USED BY CDC, REGIONAL CONSULTANTS FOR DIVISION OF PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES (HHS REGIONS I-X), AND STATE PROGRAMS IN THE EVALUATION OF PROGRAM ACHIEVEMENTS AND EFFECTIVENESS. DATA WILL BE USED BY CDC TO ANSWER INQUIRIES FORM OMB, THE SECRETARY OF HHS, AND MEMBERS OF CONGRESS STAFF. ALSO DATA WILL DESCRIBE THE QUALITY OF FLUORIDATION SERVICES IN EACH STATE DETERMINED BY THE ABILITY OF FLUORIDATING PROGRAMS TO MINITOR AND MAINTAIN OPTIMUM FLUORIDE LEVELS
