Abstract: SECTION 205(A) PROVIDES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALITY REVIEW STUDIES OF THE CLAIMS PROCESS SO THAT EFFECTIVE PROCEDURES FOR FURNISHING PROOF AND EVIDENCE MAY BE ESTABLISHED. THIS FORM IS USED AS A PILOT TO AN ONGOING PROGRAM TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM A SAMPLE OF DI RECIPIENTS. THE DATA WILL ACCURATELY DETERMINE THE NATIONAL ERROR RATE FOR DI PAYMENTS AND AID IN RECOMMENDING APPROPRIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION
