Abstract: SECTION 205(A) PROVIDES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALITY REIEW STUDIES OF THE CLAIMS PROCESS SO THAT EFFECTIVE PROCEDUCRES FOR FURNISHING PROOF AND EVIDENCE MAY ESTABLISHED. THIS FORM IS USED IN A PROGRAM TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM A SAMPLE OF NEWLY AWARDED CLAIMS TO SSI RECIPIENTS. THE DATA WILL ACCURATELY DETERMINE ERROR RATES FOR SSI INITIAL CLAMS PAYMENTS AND AID IN RECOMMENDING APPROPRIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION
