Abstract: THIS OMB MANDATED STUDY INVESTIGATES THE VALIDITY AND UTILIZATION OF THE DATA REPORTED BY THE STATES IN THE SOCIAL SERVICES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (SSRR). SITE REVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN NINE STATES AND THE SSRR DATA WILL BE TRACED FROM THE LOCAL WORKER TO THE AGGREGATION PROCESS AT THE COUNTY AND STATE LEVEL. RECIPIENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES, USA AND FEDERAL STAFF WILL BE QUERIED CONCERNING THEIR USE OF THE SSRR DATA
