Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL ASSESS THE EFFECT OF FOSTER GRANDPARENTS SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES IN THE CHILDREN AND ON THE VOLUNTEERS. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL AID IN GATHERING INFORMATION TO BE USED BY THE OAVP STAFF IN MAKING DECISIONS REGARDING THE OPTIMUM PLACEMENT FOR FGP VOLUNTEERS. THIS STUDY WAS ACTUALLY SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY OMB IN TWO DIFFERENT PACKAGES CALLED "SCP HEALTH PLAN DEMONSTRATIONS-PHASE ONE" AND "SCP EFFECTS STUDY-PHASE TWO.
