Abstract: THE R3 FORM 1326 PROVIDES DATA ON FIXED PRICE CONTRACTS. THE FORM ENSURES THAT THE CONTRACTOR AND THE GOVERNMENT ARE IN AGREEMENT ON PAYROLL HOURS PROVIDED. THE R3 FORM 1326-A PROVIDES DATA FOR AN ACCURATE ACCOUNTING OF ALL MAN-HOURS FOR WHICH THE CONTRACTOR SEEKS REIMBURSEMENT.
