Abstract: THE SF'S 37/37-A ARE USED WHEN REPORTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROCUREMENT PROGRAM. THESE PROVIDE A "BACKUP" DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM AS AN INTERIM MEASURE TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST FAILURE OF THE FEDERAL PROCUREMENT DATA SYSTEM (FPDS) UNTIL THE RELIABILITY OF THE FPDS HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.
