REPORTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROCUREMENT PROGRAM. THESE PROVIDE A
"BACKUP" DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM AS AN INTERIM MEASURE TO SAFEGUARD
AGAINST FAILURE OF THE FEDERAL PROCUREMENT DATA SYSTEM (FPDS) UNTIL
THE RELIABILITY OF THE FPDS HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
