Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES REA INFORMATION ON THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES OF REA ELECTRIC AND TELEPHONE BORROWERS. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY REA IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ANNUAL REPORT ON SUCH ACTIVITIES AND TO FOSTER FURTHER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BY BORROWERS.
