Abstract: THIS INTRAAGENCY AGREEMENT SEEKS TO DEVELOP & TEST AN IMPROVED METHODOLOGY FOR ACCESSING CANCER PATIENTS AND MEASURING THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ILLNESS. EXPERIMENTS WILL TEST THE WILLINGNESS OF PATIENTS AND RELATIVES TO REPORT A CANCER CASE, THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN DETAILED COST DATA FOR VARIOUS TREATMENT PERIODS AND THE DEGREE TO WHICH PATIENT REPORTED COSTS AND DIAGNOSIS CAN BE VERIFIED/SUPPLEMENTED BY PROVIDERS
