Abstract: THERE ARE TWO QUESTIONNAIRES TO DETERMINE INITIAL AND UPDATES ON NATURAL GAS AVAILABILITY. THE INFORMATION MAY BE USED BY ERA TO REDISTRIBUTE NATURAL GAS STOCKS TO END-USERS WHO COULD SWITCH FROM FUEL OIL TO NATURAL GAS. THIS WOULD ALLOW FOR A BUILD-UP OF FUEL OIL STOCKS PRIOR TO WINTER.
