Abstract: THE RACIAL/ETHNIC INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED SOLELY FOR COMPILING STATISTICS ON WHICH TO BASE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS. THE DATA HANDLING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO INSURE THAT ONLY ACTION/PEACE CORPS' EEO OFFICE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE RACIAL/ETHNIC DATA LINKED WITH AN IDENTIFIER. THE INFORMATIONS WILL BE COLLECTED VOLUNTARILY AND WILL NOT BE USED TO INFLUENCE INDIVIDUAL SELECTION DECISIONS. THE RACIAL/ETHNIC DATA ON VOLUNTEER APPLICANTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM
