Abstract: THE CONSOLIDATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT (7USC 1983) PROVIDE FOR SUPERVISION OF BORROWERS' OPERATIONS TO ACTIVE LOAN OBJECTIVES. THESE ARE OPERATING LOANS 7CFR 1941, FARM OWNERSHIP LOANS 7CFR 1943.2, EMERGENCY LOANS 7CFR 1945.52 AND ECONOMIC EMERGENCY LOAN 7C1945.102.
