Abstract: REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE ORGANIC ACT (7 U.S.C. 147A). THE REGULATIONS IDENTIFY THE PRODUCTS COVERED AND PROVIDE PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR USDA INSPECTION PRIOR TO EXPORT. DATA AND APPLICATION DESCRIBE THE SHIPMENT AND ITS LOCATION SO THAT AN OFFICER OF USDA MAY INSPECT AND ISSUE PHYTOSANITARY EXPORT CERTIFICATE.
