A STUDY OF THE FEASIBILITY OF
ESTABLISHING EXPORT TRAINING COMPANIES (ETCS) TO PROMOTE INCREASED
EXPORTS BY THE U.S. TEXTILE AND APPAREL INDUSTRIES. THE OBJECTIVES
OF THE STUDY ARE TO (1) DETERMINE WHETHER ETCS REPRESENT A
PROMOSING APPROACH TO STIMULATING INCREASED EXPORTS BY THE U.S.
TEXTILE AND APPAREL INDUSTRIES AND (2) DEVELOP THROUGH MODELS THE
SPECIFIC ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL ASPECTS OF SUCH ETCS FOR
USE IN THE TEXTILE AND APPAREL
